Return and exchange policy

  • We have a 30-day period to return/exchange items if they are defective or if we send the incorrect product.
  • To make a return/exchange, send us an email at [email protected]

We do not accept returns for damage caused to the product due to violation of washing instructions or after misuse.

  • The order will be sent on the business day following receipt/payment of the order and sent via registered mail by CTT. Receipt of the order requires the signature of the recipient.
  • If you do not receive your order within the delivery time, please contact us.
  • Delivery attempts will always be made by the usual postman. If no one is found at the address, a notice of attempted delivery is left, where it can be collected at the indicated CTT post.
  • The deadline for collecting the order at CTT is 5 working days, if not, the order will be returned to us and the refund will only occur after the customer has paid the new shipping costs.
  • If delivery is not made due to an error/lack of information at the address, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs again.

Note: In around 90% of cases, the delivery deadlines mentioned above are met. However, since we are dependent on other entities, namely CTT, we cannot always guarantee compliance with deadlines.
